Controlled Substances Prescription Tracker Now lets go through adding a new medication. Lets say a new med has come out called Painease in the dosages 5, 10, and 15 mg. The user would simply go to the Fav checkbox, click on Meds, then edit. This would take the user to the Add/Edit page where the relative information would be entered. To record this entry the user hits the save button where it is recorded in the database. Clicking on list item reveals the details in a Message Box. This would take us back to the original page. This time when we click on Meds we see the Painease listed with its corresponding dosages. After selecting the proper dose would then add the quantity and refills Part III To delete the item from the patient's database simply select then delete.
