I wrote a small database where the user can add Koa's for dialyzers specific to each clinic. The Results are Displayed on a single form and include: Single Pool KT/V, Double Pool KT/V, edKT/V, URR, Antropometric Volume, Kinetic Volume, Expected Dialyzer Clearance, Actual Dialyzer Clearance, nPCR, and Suggested Dialysis Time. This is explained further in the Help Menu.   Urea Kinetics Calculator The Urea Kinetic Calculator consists of an initial form where the user enters all the relative data. A handy calculator automatically pops up whenever the user enters a particular text field. Renal Care Specialists, have you ever looked at the Urea Kinetic data for a particular patient and think something must be wrong. This seems occur to me on a routine basis so I decided a way to solve this dilemma by writing a simple Urea Kinetic Calculator for Palms.   The Following Data is entered in Text Fields: Pre and Post Bun, Pre and Post Weight, Height, Blood and Dialysate Flow Rate, Age, Target edKT/V. The Following Data is entered from Drop Down Lists: Hours, Minutes, Koa, and Frequency. Check boxes exist for Weight, Race, Gender and Height with Kilograms and Centimeters being the defaults.
